Submission of Contributions

• Single-stage submission process
• Authors must first select a topic and then the corresponding application category before uploading their manuscript.
• Authors are requested to submit a publication-ready contribution that complies with all formatting and content requirements.
• All submissions must be written in English.
• Submitted contributions must be between two and three pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references.

All accepted contributions will be published in the conference proceedings by VDE Verlag. By submitting your manuscript, you confirm that you have read and accepted the copyright guidelines available at: www.vdeverlag.de/fachwissen/schreibanleitungen 

The corresponding author of an accepted manuscript is eligible to attend the Microelectronics and Systems Congress 2027 at a reduced registration fee of 620 EUR (Early Bird) and 820 EUR (Regular). The participation fee for each co-author depends on the respective registration category (e.g., member, non-member, university affiliate, student). We expressly encourage contributions from industry. Purely marketing-oriented presentations are not desired.

Submission Deadline is March 14, 2027

Submitted contributions will be reviewed and selected by the Program Committee according to the following criteria:

• Submitted papers must be original and must not have been published or presented elsewhere, either nationally or internationally, prior to the conference.

  The paper should clearly describe the objectives, methodology, results, and significance of the work, and demonstrate how it contributes to advancing the state of the art.

• The use of generative AI tools (e.g., for writing, content generation, data analysis, figures, or images) is not permitted in the preparation of the submission. All submitted work must be the original intellectual work of the authors.

Authors will be notified on May 13, 2027 whether their contribution has been accepted and will receive writing guidelines for their manuscript as well as a document template containing the necessary formatting instructions for drafting the text.
